WWE renews Mars Wrigley and 2K partnership for WrestleMania 40

The deal states that Snickers and WWE 2K24 will continue to be presenting partners of WWE’s biggest event, WrestleMania.

The professional wrestling federation, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has extended its long-standing agreement with Mars Wrigley and its subsidiary, Snickers, along with video game publisher Take-Two Interactive and the WWE 2K24 game.

The deal stated that Snickers and WWE 2K24 will continue to be presenting partners of WWE’s biggest event, WrestleMania, which is scheduled for April 6 and 7 at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.

The agreement marks the third year in a row that the two companies have collaborated as event presenting partners, and Snickers’ ninth consecutive year.

In the lead-up to WrestleMania, Snickers and WWE 2K24 will embark on a multi-platform campaign, with the brands appearing on WWE’s flagship TV shows Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, alongside the WrestleMania Kickoff Show and event coverage.

The collaboration also includes custom digital and social content for WWE.com and the WWE’s YouTube page.

Martin Terwilliger, Marketing Vice President, Mars Wrigley, said, “SNICKERS is proud to return to WrestleMania, bringing a satisfying solution to WWE fans around the world. We look forward to showing up for the passionate fanbase with WWE 2K24 as presenting partners for WrestleMania XL, bringing fans what is sure to be one of the most exciting sporting events of 2024.”

Dennis Ceccarelli, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sports at 2K, commented, “While fans can relive forty years of WrestleMania in WWE 2K24, we’ll once again tag-team with SNICKERS to co-present WrestleMania XL. We’ll be cheering on our cover Superstars: Rallying Cody Rhodes to ‘Finish the Story,’ rooting for Rhea Ripley to defend her title, and looking forward to Bianca Belair putting on the ‘EST’ WrestleMania performance of all.”

“WrestleMania XL is shaping up to be the biggest event in WWE history and we are excited to take our partnership with 2K and Snickers to new heights as the brands unite for a third consecutive year,” said Grant Norris-Jones, EVP & Head of Global Partnerships, TKO.
