UFC announces multi-year extension with KUDO

Following the extension, Kudo has been named the official global popcorn of UFC.

The marquee mixed-martial arts (MMA) competition, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has announced a multi-year partnership extension with the leading snacks maker, KUDO.

Following the extension, KUDO has been named the official global popcorn of UFC.

Through this renewal, the company will have a presence at high-profile UFC events including Fight Nights and select pay-per-views. Branded integrations will include “high visibility placement and broadcast features inside the world-famous Octagon.”

The partnership also includes an annual brand ambassador fund, which is intended to recruit UFC fighters for other marketing initiatives.

Speaking on the renewal, Grant Norris-Jones, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Sponsorships at UFC, stated, “We’re thrilled to expand our partnership with Kudo. They are a challenger brand with global ambitions, and we’re excited to use the worldwide popularity of UFC to help their business scale new heights and reach new consumers with their great-tasting, healthy products.”
