The prolific Bollywood actors, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan have acquired the ownership of the Kolkata franchise of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL).
The star couple has now joined the supreme list of team owners which shines with names such as Ram Charan (Hyderabad), Suriya (Chennai), Hrithik Roshan (Bengaluru), Amitabh Bachchan (Mumbai), and Akshay Kumar (Srinagar).
The Pataudi family also has a unique bond with Kolkata because Sharmila Tagore, the mother of Saif Ali Khan, is the great-great-grandniece of Rabindranath Tagore, the most revered figure in West Bengal and India.

The marquee T10 tennis ball competition will start on March 6 and will continue till March 15, 2024.
