Sanjay Dutt acquires Lanka Premier League’s team B-Love Kandy

Sanjay Dutt will be co-owning B-Love Kandy with Omar Khan (OK) and H.H. Sheikh Marwan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The Bollywood legend, Sanjay Dutt has acquired a cricket franchise in the Sri Lankan T20 competition, Lanka Premier League (LPL).

In this arrangement, the Vaastav-actor will be co-owning B-Love Kandy, formerly known as Kandy Falcons, Kandy Warriors, and Kandy Tuskers, with Omar Khan (OK) and H.H. Sheikh Marwan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Dutt announced this development through his social media handles, with the caption, “I, along with my brothers Omar Khan (OK) and H.H. Sheikh Marwan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, are excited to announce that we have acquired the B-Love Kandy Cricket Team for the Lanka Premier League T20 2023.” 

Earlier this month, Dutt also acquired a team named Harare Hurricanes in the upcoming T10 competition in Zimbabwe, Zim Afro T10. The 63-year-old will be co-owning the team with Sohan Roy, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Aries Group of Companies.
