The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) team, Tamil Thalaivas have obtained a partnership with the paint company, Nippon Paint.
Following the agreement, Nippon Paint has been named the official sponsor of the Thalaivas for PKL 10.
The Chennai-based side used its Instagram platform to inform about the alliance with the caption, “Anticipating exciting times ahead as we join forces with @tamilthalaivas in their Kabaddi endeavors. Delighted to serve as their official sponsor in the Pro Kabaddi League. Upwards only!”
Nippon Paint is a Japanese paint company that produces high-quality paints. According to revenue data in 2020, it is the world’s fourth-largest paint maker. The business is present in numerous countries, including the UK, Germany, Greece, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
Before this deal, the unit already signed alliances with 1xBat Sporting Lines and Uncut PR.
The Chennai-based unit started its season proceedings with a victory under its belt by beating Dabang Delhi KC 42-31 yesterday in Ahmedabad. The unit will be looking forward to continuing its momentum against Bengal Warriors in the next encounter on Sunday, December 10 in Bengaluru.
