PKL 10: Star Sports Network registers 226 million viewers in first 90 fixtures

PKL Season 10 has also seen a notable 17% increase in reach over Season 9 on Star Sports.

The Pro Kabaddi League‘s (PKL) official broadcaster, Star Sports Network has recorded an incredible 226 million viewers in the first 90 matches.

The season 10 has also seen a notable 17% increase in reach over Season 9, making it the only sport apart from cricket to consistently hit the 200 million mark. 

Additionally, the network achieved 38 billion minutes of viewing, which is 15% greater than Season 9 during the same time frame. A 22% increase in TVR has also occurred, highlighting Kabaddi’s rising appeal among Indian sports fans.

PKL Season 10 has already exceeded the previous year’s viewership even before the playoffs and finals have begun. The Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad will host the playoffs starting on February 26, with the finals scheduled for March 1.
