Norwich City name Lattice as primary partner

The partnership with Norwich City will see the Lattice platform used throughout several sections of the football club.

The English football club, Norwich City FC have announced a partnership with the global HR technology company, Lattice.

As part of the deal, the brand has become the club’s newest primary partner.

Lattice is a people management platform that corporate leaders and HR teams use to develop excellent managers and high-performing teams. Lattice has locations across North America and the United Kingdom, and it services over 5,000 customers worldwide, including Slack, Gusto, Monzo, Alan, and more.

The partnership with Norwich City will see the Lattice platform used throughout several sections of the football club, and fans will gain knowledge about its deployment via content with the football club’s senior team.

The first content segment will include insights from Norwich City’s head of strategy, James Bemment, and head of human resources and EDI, Perry Hamilton, who will address how the club develops a high-performance culture on both the sports and business sides.
