The five-time Indian Premier League (IPL) champions, Mumbai Indians (MI) have inked a sponsorship agreement with India’s leading solar panel manufacturer, Goldi Solar.
As part of the deal, the brand has been named the official partner of the Hardik Pandya-led side for IPL 2024.
The team unveiled this collaboration through its social media handle, with the caption, “Goldi Solar 🤝 Mumbai Indians 💙 It’s time to shine both on and off the field with our official solar energy partner for the season! 🙌”
Goldi Solar is the nation’s highest-quality solar brand. In addition to offering EPC services, the company is an independent power producer (IPP) and produces premium photovoltaic modules at affordable rates. Based in Surat, Gujarat, and established in 2011, the company serves more than 20 countries and numerous global companies.
Prior to this agreement, the side also developed sponsorship ties with Skechers and Astral Pipes.
The Mumbai-based unit, in a quest for its sixth championship, will begin its IPL 2024 journey against Gujarat Titans (GT) on Sunday, March 24 at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
