In this agreement, the Bucks will get the privilege of accessing the data-driven platform of EngageRM to enhance its day-to-day operations and improve the quality of cutting-edge opportunities to increase fan engagement.
The Bucks will receive assistance across bookings, partnerships, event bookings, sales and management, guest experience, premium sales and ticketing and customer services management from EngageRM.
The NBA unit’s community initiatives, fundraising capabilities, ticketing and asset and product management will be supported by the American tech company.
