Aside from Malayala Manorama, its subsidiaries such as Manorama Online, Manorama News channel, Vanitha magazine, and Radio Mango FM will also be on board, bringing their readers, viewers, and listeners in-depth interviews and behind-the-scenes videos from the Blasters camp. The arrangement includes exclusive reports and fascinating incidents during the team’s away matches.
Before this development, the club also forged alliances with brands such as Asian Paints and Aifer Education.
Malayala Manorama is a Malayalam morning newspaper produced by the Malayala Manorama Company Limited in Kottayam, Kerala, India. It was founded as a weekly on March 22, 1888, and now has a readership of over eight million (with a circulation base of over 1.9 million copies) and is currently led by Mammen Mathew. It is also the second oldest Malayalam newspaper in Kerala, following Deepika, which is also based in Kottayam. Manorama also has an online version.
The Blasters finished fifth on the points table in the last season. The Kochi-based football club will be looking forward to performing exceptionally well in the 2023-24 season and lifting the silverware for the first time. The side will start its new season campaign in the southern derby against Bengaluru FC in the opening encounter on September 21 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi.
