Gokulam Kerala FC partners with CAP Life to start football schools in Bangalore

Gokulam Kerala FC was formed in 2017.

Gokulam Kerala FC has partnered with Cap Life private limited to establish football schools in the city of Bangalore.

As per the agreement, Cap Life will be creating football training centres around the city and will be following the curriculum made by Gokulam Kerala FC technical team.

Commenting on the partnership, VC Praveen, President of Gokulam Kerala FC, said, “It is a great opportunity for us to find talents and also develop youngsters. Our coaching philosophy has helped us to win several titles and we want to extend our football schools in Kerala to all over the country.”

Abhijith Mathew, Cap Life CEO, said, “We are super excited to being our journey with Gokulam Kerala FC and see what the future holds for us. The partnership will help us to promote football in India, find talent amongst people looking to build their career in the sport.”

This is the first time that the club will be starting a football school outside Kerala. The training centres will be seen coaching both girls and boys between age groups of 5 and 16. 

Gokulam Kerala FC was formed in 2017, since then it has performed well in the Durand Cup, Kerala Premier League, I-League and many more.

Gokulam Football Schools is an initiative started by the club which aims to provide a platform for all aspiring football players to develop and perform at a professional level.

The club till now had its football schools established in Kerala itself, in cities like Trivandrum, Calicut, Malappuram, Vadakara, Guruvayur, Thrissur, and many more. With the partnership in place, they would also be starting to establish themselves in the city of Bangalore.
