The Prime Volleyball League (PVL) team, Calicut Heroes have announced the Indian cricketer, Sanju Samson as their brand ambassador for the upcoming season.
The team announced its collaboration with the 28-year-old batter on its official Instagram page with the caption, “Emerging again as the face and fervour of Calicut Heroes! Being the Brand Ambassador of Heroes is gonna be a truly holder, brighter and brilliant honour this season ! C’mon Kerala, let’s show some cheer roar for the Heroes !”
Samson’s last international appearance was against Sri Lanka in the first T20I in Mumbai, before he got ruled out from the series due to the injury. This swashbuckling batter will be in action in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season, where he will be leading Rajasthan Royals (RR).
Ahead of the 2023 edition, Calicut Heroes have signed the dotted lines with Travlounge, Ubralla, Fast&Up and Sree Gokulam.
In the previous season, Calicut Heroes finished third and will be looking forward to going up the ladder in the points table in the following season.
