India’s leading governing cricket body, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that they are seeking quotations for the provision of photography services for matches and other events.
Through a tender process, the BCCI has invited quotations from reputable companies to acquire the rights and obligations to provide photography services for cricket matches and other events.
BCCI has issued the Request for Quotation for Provision of Photography Services for Matches and Certain Other Events (“RFQ”), which describes the terms and conditions that is governing quotation submission and evaluation.
The request for quotation (RFQ) will only be available upon receiving a non-refundable fee, which is INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) along with any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The request for proposal will be available for purchase until January 18, 2022.
Interested companies should contact rfq@bcci.tv for more information on purchasing the RFQ. The subject line of the email requesting the RFQ should be “RFQ for Photography Services.” Any interested party who wishes to submit a quotation must first purchase the RFQ.
However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the RFQ and agree to the other terms and conditions mentioned in it will be allowed to submit a quotation.
BCCI also made clear that simply purchasing the RFQ does not entitle anyone to submit a quotation.
Recently, the BCCI has also announced that they are looking for quotations for Broadcast Graphics Services (Equipment and Personnel) for live production of the BCCI home international matches and Indian Premier League (IPL).
