Aston Martin names Valvoline Global as official lubricant partner in a landmark deal

The Aston Martin R23 cars will be adorned with the recognisable Valvoline trademark colours.

The British Formula 1 team, Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant (AMF1) has announced a long-term technical and brand partnership with a worldwide leader in automotive and industrial solutions, Valvoline Global.

The Aramco British Grand Prix at Silverstone will mark the official debut of Valvoline Global as the official lubricant partner of the AMF1 Team. The AMR23 cars driven by Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will be adorned with the recognisable Valvoline trademark colours.

Valvoline Global and the AMF1 Team will collaborate closely to create Valvoline products that will improve the effectiveness and success of the AMF1 Team. Additionally, this will allow the Valvoline brand to expand its global presence and develop new products that will advance the automobile industry and contribute to a more sustainable future.

The Valvoline brand has always delivered advanced products and services to the track as one of the earliest motorsport sponsors and the inventor of the first-ever racing oil. Furthermore, the AMF1 Team and Valvoline Global share an affinity for innovation, competition, and winning both on and off the track. Together, they have more than 250 years of legacy and experience.

The Valvoline brand collaboration will debut at the British Grand Prix with a unique, one-time livery and continue for the remainder of the 2023 season with strong on-car branding.
