Fnatic announces partnership with Crypto.com

The English professional esports organization Fnatic announced its partnership deal with the cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com.

The deal has been reported to be worth over £10.8 million, Crypto.com will become Fnatic’s inaugural global cryptocurrency partner through this deal. 

Fnatic CEO, Sam Mathews said, “This partnership sees global leaders in esports and cryptocurrency join forces for a ground-breaking, long-term partnership. Fnatic boasts one of the most connected, involved, and supportive fan bases in the world and this landmark deal with Crypto.com allows us to further cater to their everyday needs, as cryptocurrency becomes a mainstream payment method, there’s never been a better time to help our fans make smarter, healthier and future-proof cryptocurrency decisions.” 

The deal sees Crypto.com’s entry into the esports industry as it continues to enhance its sponsorship portfolio at a blistering pace. The deal will also allow Crypto.com to engage with Fnatic’s fanbase as well through digitally-led initiatives.

The two parties will also work together to offer Fnatic exclusive NFTs and will also provide financial education as well to help the fanbase understand the basics of NFTs. 

The deal will help Fnatic and Crypto.com both in enhancing their global outreach as the latter continues to increase its sponsorship portfolio.
