talkSPORT, the renowned sports radio station, has announced the acquisition of non-exclusive coverage rights for the Paris Olympics 2024 in the UK and Ireland.
The newly unveiled association is the first instance where commercial radio has obtained rights to broadcast the prestigious Olympic Games.
Through a sublicense agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery, talkSPORT will deliver comprehensive commentary and coverage of the upcoming Games this summer. The deal also extends to the wider news broadcasting network, encompassing Virgin Radio UK, Times Radio, TalkRadio, and various Irish stations within the network.
talkSPORT’s lineup of multi-award-winning presenters and pundits is poised to deliver unlimited coverage and engaging content from the Olympic Games.
In addition to radio coverage, fans will have the flexibility to stream all Olympic events on Discovery+. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy extensive television coverage on Eurosport and BBC channels.
