The Big Bash League (BBL) team, Sydney Sixers have unveiled a brand-new partnership with the leading nutritional meal company, Lite n’ Easy.

According to the agreement, Lite n’ Easy has been named the official nutritional partner of the Sixers.

The agreement will allow the company to provide 2000 meals to both men’s and women’s wings of the franchise.

At the Sixers’ home games on Friday, November 10 at North Sydney Oval and Friday, January 12 at the SCG, supporters and members of the team will have the chance to try out Lite n’ Easy goods.

Rachael Haynes, Head of Sydney Sixers, said, “We’re pleased to partner with Lite n’ Easy as our Official Nutrition Partner for the season ahead. One of the biggest struggles that professional athletes face is time poorness. Often athletes are juggling training and playing with study, raising families and a host of other responsibilities so the ability to reduce meal preparation time throughout the season is a great help for our players. For our athletes to have meals that are both healthy and easily accessible – whether they’re at home or on the road – is terrific.”

Ashleigh Jones, Senior Dietitian, Lite n’ Easy, said, “Lite n’ Easy can now deliver a range of meal solutions that provide a healthy foundation for a performance diet. Designed by dietitians and prepared by chefs, the meals not only taste great, but they also contain more than 30g of protein, a nutrient essential for muscle growth and recovery from training. The team continually goes above and beyond to ensure our meals are as delicious as they are healthy. Everything is made using the highest quality ingredients, and it’s all perfectly portioned and nutritionally balanced.”

Lite n’ Easy delivers great-tasting, healthy meals that make it easy to lose weight or manage your weight. It’s also a convenient solution for busy people who wish to enjoy the convenience and health benefits of fully prepared, nutritionally balanced meals. The company is currently headquartered in Brisbane, Australia.
