Sony Sports Network to provide the Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2023 coverage 

The Jharkhand Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2023 on Sony is all set to begin in Ranchi tomorrow and will conclude on November 5, 2023.

India’s top premium sports broadcasting network, Sony Sports Network has acquired exclusive broadcast rights to the Jharkhand Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2023.

The tournament is all set to begin in Ranchi tomorrow, i.e., October 27, and will conclude on November 5, 2023. Additionally, Sony’s OTT service, SonyLIV will offer live streaming of the games. 

Following the Asian Games 2022, Sony Sports Network, as part of its dedication to providing some of the greatest action from the Indian sports scene, will continue to feature some of the top international action involving Indian athletes with the Women’s Asian Champions Trophy.

The Asian regional competition will include 20 matches and will involve India, Japan, China, Malaysia, Korea, and Thailand. The event will begin on October 27, 2023, at 4 PM IST with an encounter between Japan and Malaysia, whereas the Indian Women’s Hockey Team, led by Savita Punia, is scheduled to play its inaugural match against Thailand on the same day at 8:30 PM IST.

With Asian Games gold medalist China also in the mix, the Indian team will want to put on a better performance in their home country and take the trophy for the first time since 2016.
