Sheffield United, Eleven Sports Media extend collaboration to unveil associate partner program for local business sector

With this agreement between Eleven Sports Media and Sheffield United FC, an all-inclusive associate partner program will be launched with a focus on the local Sheffield and South Yorkshire business communities.

The Premier League (PL) club, Sheffield United FC have announced a partnership extension with the UK-based sports partnership company, Eleven Sports Media.

With this agreement, an all-inclusive associate partner program will be launched with a focus on the local Sheffield and South Yorkshire business communities. Through the collaboration, Sheffield United will also have access to Eleven’s cutting-edge fan interaction technologies.

Eleven’s creative collaboration model gives small and medium-sized enterprises the chance to connect themselves with their local sports teams through a tried-and-true combination of advertising, experiential, and activation services. Eleven has an established record of success in the Premier League and has recently expanded into mainland Europe (with PSV) and the US with multiple National Football League (NFL) and Major League Soccer (MLS) franchises.

Eleven’s StadiumTV and StatTV fan interaction tools, which are intended to enhance the matchday experience for Blades supporters, will be available at Bramall Lane. Fans can take advantage of a more comprehensive and educational content experience across the stadium and hospitality areas, with the real-time opta-powered team, match, and player metrics on-screen. Moreover, associate partners will also be shown on both platforms in addition to the main stand’s Mid-Tier LED ribbon.

Eleven’s StatZone platform provides associate partners with a unique chance to interact with Sheffield United supporters beyond the matchday by sending customized stat-based content directly to the club’s official social media streams.

Jordan Wilson, Commercial Director of Eleven Sports Media, said, “We’re thrilled to partner with Sheffield United, giving local businesses a unique opportunity to leverage the power of sport by aligning with a Premier League team and its national exposure. Together, we’ll also elevate the fan engagement strategy and experience, both in-stadium and on social media throughout the season. We hope Blades fans find the new content engaging and informative.”

Sheffield United, Head of Commercial, Paul Reeves, said, “As a club we are committed to helping local businesses thrive, and our new partnership with Eleven expands our community reach and creates a new and exciting entry-level partnership tier. Eleven’s partnership model is a global success, and we’re excited to bring it to Bramall Lane.”

So far till now, the side has developed sponsorship ties with Doordeals (for the women’s team) and CFI Financial Group. The team is currently struggling quite hard in the league as it is at the bottom of the table with just one point from seven games. The Blades will next play Fulham FC and will hope to finally score some winning points.
