The international pay-television operator, Setanta Sports Indonesia has obtained the exclusive broadcasting rights of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the Philippines.
As per the multi-year deal, the broadcaster will give full coverage of more than 120 matches per season in the region.
Setanta will distribute live NBA games in the Philippines through its streaming platform and pay-TV channel beginning with the upcoming 2023–24 season, which begins on October 25.
The broadcaster’s streaming service will also include live and on-demand access to original NBA programming, such as the league’s wraparound video series, NBA 360, which features exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes access to players and coaches.
Setanta customers in the Philippines can get the NBA Playoffs package through NBA League Pass, the league’s OTT subscription service.
