Rangers FC, Cadbury to provide programs centred on philanthropy in an extended deal

Rangers FC and Cadbury will continue to collaborate to assist regional causes and give fans exceptional experiences.

The Scottish professional football club, Rangers FC have announced an extended collaboration with the chocolate manufacturing company, Cadbury.

Following the renewal of this agreement, the two companies will continue to collaborate in order to assist regional causes and give fans exceptional experiences.

The club and Cadbury, a subsidiary of Mondelez International, began collaborating in the 2020–21 season. In the first three years of the association, Cadbury and the Scottish club teamed up extensively to provide programs centred on philanthropy to the larger fan base and to promote the Rangers Charity Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

Furthermore, Rangers and Cadbury will both keep bringing spectators from all communities closer to the action. Cadbury will also begin its largest-ever ticket giveaway when the 2023–24 season commences in August. Every week, thousands of rewards, featuring cash, match tickets, and hospitality opportunities, will be up for grabs for fans.

Rangers’ incoming CEO, James Bisgrove, commented, “We’re delighted to have extended our partnership with Cadbury ahead of the 2023/24 season. The partnership has proven incredibly successful, with Cadbury continuing to work closely with the Club to highlight and reward community contributions from the Rangers family. I would like to thank Cadbury for its continued commitment to Rangers, and we look forward to working with them closely into the new season and beyond.”

Nick Rogers, Cadbury Marketing & Sponsorship Lead for Northern Europe at Mondelēz International, said, “As two generous brands united in purpose, Cadbury is honoured to extend its relationship with Rangers FC. Together, we eagerly anticipate the journey ahead, as we work towards our shared vision of delivering outstanding community initiatives. As we strive towards our momentous 200th birthday next year, we can’t wait to make a lasting impact, embracing the spirit of generosity that defines both Cadbury and Rangers FC.”

In recent times, Cadbury has also renewed partnerships with numerous European clubs such as Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, Arsenal and Manchester United.
