The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) team, Puneri Paltan, has been on a signing spree lately as the unit landed multiple partnerships ahead of the new season.
Fairplay News, the entity dedicated to disseminating sports news, and Vision11, India’s renowned fantasy sports platform, have been roped in by the PKL team as co-partners for the upcoming season.
Gamezy, the multi-gaming platform, has been onboarded by Puneri Paltan as the official skill partner.
Radio City India, the well-known radio station in the country, has joined Puneri Paltan as the official radio partner for the forthcoming season.
STIHL, the German manufacturer of chainsaws and other handheld power equipment, has renewed its association with the team for yet another season and will continue to be featured on the sleeve of the team’s jersey.
Apart from the aforementioned partnerships, the Pune-based team has also struck deals with Force Motors, Schaeffler Group, and Shiv Naresh.
The new Pro Kabaddi League season is set to kick off on October 7, 2022. The season will be played until mid-December. In the last season, Puneri Paltan finished sixth on the points table with 66 points.
Puneri Paltan will begin their season 9 campaign on October 8 against Patna Pirates at 7:30 PM IST in Bengaluru.
