The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) team, Puneri Paltan have signed a partnership extension with the Indian wing of the German multinational entity, STIHL India.
Following the extension, STIHL India has been named the co-partner of the Pune-based side for the upcoming PKL season.
The unit used its Instagram handle to inform about the extension to the fans with the caption, “@stihlindia and @puneripaltanofficial partnership continues to thrive! 💪We’re proud to have @stihlindia on board as our Co-Partner for season 10”.
STIHL is a German maker of chainsaws and other handheld power equipment such as trimmers and blowers. The company is headquartered in Waiblingen, Baden-Württemberg, near Stuttgart, Germany. Andreas STIHL, a pioneer in early chainsaw manufacture, created STIHL in 1926.
The runners-up of the last season had a terrific auction for the upcoming edition. They had purchased several new players like Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyanneh, Vahid Rezaeimehr, Ahmed Mustafa Enamdar, Ishwar, and Hardeep. The Paltan also had some prominent names in their retention list which makes the team more competent to compete in the PKL season 10.
The side looks solid and will be eyeing to complete its unfinished assignment of lifting the silverware in the 10th edition of the premier Kabaddi tournament.
