Premier Sports to provide comprehensive coverage of Wimbledon 2023 in Republic of Ireland

Premier Sports gets the right to the very best fixtures, across Wimbledon 2023 which kicks off on Monday, July 3.

The All England Lawn Tennis Club and the pay television sports channel, Premier Sports have signed an association for Wimbledon 2023.

In this development, Premier Sports has been enabled of providing a comprehensive coverage of the highly anticipated Wimbledon in the Republic of Ireland. The sports channel owned by Viaplay Group and SSBL Limited gets the right to the very best fixtures, across the competition which kicks off on Monday, July 3.

The fans of the competition can enjoy the live action through Premier Sports’ linear channels Premier Sports 1 and Premier Sports 2 alongside supplying three red-button continuous coverage court feeds for the event.

Commenting on the agreement, Premier Sports Founder Michael O’Rourke, said, “Wimbledon is one of the most iconic sports events in the calendar and we’re delighted to be in a position to bring comprehensive live coverage to our audiences. With up to five separate live match feeds available daily we’ll provide real choice for tennis fans during this fantastic fortnight.”
