Optus Sport lands media rights for UEFA’s international matches

In this association, Optus Sport will broadcast over 1000 fixtures involving Europe's top national squads.

The Australian group of sports channels, Optus Sport has bagged the exclusive rights to display all of UEFA’s international matches.

For the next four years, as per the association, Optus Sport will broadcast over 1000 fixtures involving Europe’s top national squads.

Optus Sport members will be able to watch the UEFA Nations League, UEFA EURO 2024 qualification matches, European qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and a variety of international friendlies.

In the current cycle (2018-19 to 2021-22), Optus has rights to all UEFA national team championships, including EURO 2020.

Optus Sport focuses on football and holds a dominant foothold in the sport in Australia thanks to its exclusive access to the Premier League (PL). The Women’s Super League, next year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Women’s FA Cup final, the Japanese J.League, Copa América, and this year’s Finalissima ‘Cup of Champions’ match between Italy and Argentina are all part of the company’s broadcasting portfolio.
