Melbourne Victory elongate partnership with Local Brewing Co.

Following the extension, Local Brewing Co. continues to be the official beer partner of Melbourne Victory for the next three seasons.

The A-League side, Melbourne Victory have obtained a partnership extension with the Melbourne-based beer brand, Local Brewing Co.

Following the extension, Local Brewing Co. continues to be the official beer partner of the Victory for the next three seasons.

Along with being the club’s official beer partner, the brewery brand will also continue to be the official away venue for the coming season.

The company, along with the NGO, SecondBite will continue to provide surplus fresh food to the needy Australians under this alliance. The Melbourne-based firm will continue its humanitarian campaign by providing 1,000 meals every time the club scores a goal in its upcoming away matches.

Before this deal, the unit added NJ Lawyers to its esteemed sponsorship portfolio.

Caroline Carnegie, Managing Director, Melbourne Victory, said, “We’re incredibly pleased to have Local Brewing recommit for a multi-year partnership with the Club to continue the incredible synergy between our brands. It’s even more pleasing and exciting that our relationship which kicked off following an introduction between the Local Brewing team and the Club at our member forum 2 years ago”. 

She further stated, “Local Brewing are proudly Melbourne made and owned and the success of the partnership in our first season with the Victory Draught has shown the thirst for a partnership like this amongst our members and fans.

Nick Campbell, Co-founder, Local Brewing Co., said, “After the success of our partnership last season, we couldn’t be more excited to be extending our relationship with the Melbourne Victory. We’ve been working hard in the off-season to improve the recipe to be more clean, crisp and accessible for the enjoyment of all Victory supporters.”

He also added, “We are stoked to announce our Taproom in Clifton Hill will be the Official Away Venue for all Melbourne Victory Men’s matches, creating a unique fan zone with house-made pizzas, drink specials and activations throughout the season. Our beers will be available at all Melbourne Victory Women’s matches at the new Home of the Matildas at the newly created beer garden on the hill.”

An independent beer brand with a Melbourne headquarters, Local Brewing Co., seeks to provide delicious beverages with long-lasting social effects. The goal of the company is to turn beer into a tool for good change, with each purchase having a noticeable effect. Through its cooperation with Secondbite, it donates a meal to someone in need for each pack and pint that is sold.

The Vuck will commence their season campaign against Sydney FC on October 21.
