Indian Premier League franchise, Kings XI Punjab has signed a sponsorship deal for a duration of three seasons with leading financial exchange disruptor in India EbixCash, making them their Title sponsor.
The deal will see EbixCash logo at the front of the team’s jersey. The brand will also leverage exclusive rights included in the sponsorship contract, such as; the use of player images, team logo, meet and greet with fans (virtual meets for this season) and so on.
Partnership with KXIP will provide nation-wide visibility to the brand at a minimal cost, as compared to sponsoring other major IPL teams for the same position.
On the other hand, Paytm, the competitor brand which also deals along the same line as EbixCash, is in a central contract with IPL as the ‘Official Umpire Partner’ till the end of the 2022 season. It is also the title sponsor for BCCI home series till the end of 2023.

EbixCash has also announced a partnership deal with another IPL franchise, Delhi Capitals as their principal sponsor for the upcoming two seasons. The brand logo will be sported on the back of the Delhi Capitals’ jersey.
