The leading two-wheeler company in India, India Yamaha Motor (IYM), has announced a partnership with the Italian-Japanese factory racing team, Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team, for the 2024 season.
The iconic logo of IYM’s “The Call of the Blue” brand campaign will prominently feature on Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins YZR-M1 bikes. This partnership deepens the bond between the Indian company and the MotoGP team, signalling a new era of excitement for Yamaha fans in India.
Commenting on the association, Mr. Eishin Chihana, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India Group said, “IYM is thrilled to become the newest sponsor of the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP team for the 2024 season. The 2024 MotoGP World Championship will kick off on March 10 at the Lusail International Circuit in Qatar.
In one of the recent updates, MotoGP also secured a broadcast rights agreement with Eurosport India in India and the South Asia region.
