Damyant Singh Khanoria quits Oppo India to join JioCinema’s sports vertical

Damyant Singh Khanoria worked with Oppo India for over three years.

Damyant Singh Khanoria, Oppo India’s Chief Marketing Officer, has reportedly quit the Chinese smartphone brand and has taken up the same role at the sports vertical of JioCinema, which is internally called JioSports.

Khanoria began with Capital Advertising before associating with Mudra Communications, Adidas and Apple.

He had a nine-month stint with Capital Advertising as an Account Executive before moving on to Mudra Communications, where he worked for 1.7 years. Damyant worked the longest with Adidas, as he started as an Assistant Management, Sports Marketing and rose through the ranks over 12 years to become the Senior Marketing Director before he quit in October 2016.

In November 2016, Khanoria joined Apple as Marcom Lead before moving on to Oppo India as Chief Marketing Officer in November 2020.
