The Football Association announces partnership renewal with Mars Wrigley UK

Following the renewal, Mars Wrigley UK's chocolate brands, KIND and EXTRA, have been named the new joint partners of England Football for the 2023-24 season.

The governing body of football in England, The Football Association (FA) has announced a partnership renewal with the leading manufacturer of confectionery items and chocolates, Mars Wrigley UK.

Following the renewal, the entity’s chocolate brands, KIND and EXTRA, have been named the new joint partners of England Football for the 2023-24 season.

Both the brands will be assisting England’s national men’s football team, women’s and para team, with KIND being the prime focus during 2023, and then EXTRA in 2024.

The relationship comes at a time when the entire industry is expanding, as food and beverage companies seek to provide additional options to customers, which Mars is well positioned to do through KIND and EXTRA.

Navin Singh, FA Commercial Director, said, “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Mars Wrigley with a renewed focus on KIND and Extra. This evolving partnership aligns perfectly with our passion to encourage balanced lifestyles. We thank Mars Wrigley for their continued support across our England teams and we look forward to working together over the coming years.”

Peter Morris, KIND UK’s Market Director said, “We’re absolutely thrilled to be a supporter of the FA this year, and to continue our health and wellness journey. As football fans ourselves, we’re proud to be focused on supporting the England Women’s Football team this year.”

Kerry Cavanaugh, Business Unit Director of Mars Wrigley UK, said, “Football provides some of the greatest culture moments in the UK, so we’re very proud to be partnering with the FA to bring KIND and Extra to a nationwide stage. It’s a brilliant opportunity to show our customers the range of products we offer that are synonymous with a balanced lifestyle.”
