The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) team, U Mumba have announced a partnership with the Maharashtra-based financial institution, Bank of Maharashtra.
Following the deal, the Bank of Maharashtra has been named the associate partner of the Mumbai-based side for PKL 10
The franchise through its social media handles conveyed its fans about the contract with the caption, “Delighted to announce Bank of Maharashtra as our official banking partner! A strong alliance set to conquer new frontiers.🤝”

Before this signing, the unit added brands such as Melbat, Big FM 92.7, and VI-JOHN to its sponsorship kitty.
With its main office located in Pune, the Bank of Maharashtra is a public sector bank in India. As of June 2023, the bank had 2263 branches and 30 million customers nationwide. Of all the nationalised banks in the state of Maharashtra, it has the biggest branch network. When comparing public sector lenders based on percentage growth in loans and deposits during 2022–2023—the state-owned Bank of Maharashtra has proven to be the best performer.
After losing a close thriller against Gujarat Giants in their first game in Ahmedabad, U Mumba will be looking forward to meeting Puneri Paltan in their next game. The Maharashtra derby is all set to take centre stage in the Garden City tonight at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru.
