NBA China names eHi as official car rental services partner

Through the partnership, eHi will utilise NBA-branded events and activities to expand and foster connections with customers.

The professional basketball tournament, the National Basketball Association (NBA) China has inked a multi-year marketing collaboration with Shanghai eHi Car Rental Co., Ltd.

With this deal, the brand has been named NBA China’s official car rental services partner.

Through the partnership, eHi will utilise NBA-branded events and activities to expand and foster connections with customers. Additionally, eHi and NBA China will work together to develop fresh fan interaction programs that encourage creativity and provide more varied and adaptable travel options.

eHi Chairman and CEO Ray Zhang, said, “The NBA represents a standard of professional, dedicated, competitive sportsmanship that delivers captivating experiences to its audience. As for eHi, users are front and center. From the outset we have prioritized innovation, upward mobility, and energy. The marketing agreement expands on NBA China and eHi’s previous collaboration, which began in 2016 with a series of activities.

Established in January 2006, eHi aims to offer extensive car rental services to both retail and business customers.

eHi, based in Shanghai, provides car rental services nationwide, with over 500 locations in over 80 cities. So far, eHi has been the preferred automobile service provider for the majority of Fortune 500 firms with operations in China. It serves business clients in the energy, education, advertising, banking, and manufacturing areas.
