Mercedes F1 drives for team’s well-being with BetterUp partnership

Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team has partnered with BetterUp to optimize the well-being and performance of staff and personnel during the F1 season.

The Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team, a British motor racing team, has forged a commercial partnership with BetterUp, a prominent life coaching firm.

The collaboration marks a strategic initiative to enhance the well-being and performance of Mercedes’ staff and personnel throughout the demanding Formula 1 season.

Under the terms, BetterUp will extend its comprehensive services to the Silver Arrows, offering tailored coaching sessions and access to cutting-edge AI content. The objective is clear: to empower team members to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being, thus enabling them to achieve peak performance amidst the high-pressure environment of competitive racing.
