Melbourne Renegades strike multi-year collaboration with Goldline

As per the deal, Goldline is set to serve as Melbourne Renegades’ premier partner.

The Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) outfit, Melbourne Renegades have landed a multi-year association with Goldline, an operator, manufacturer and distributor of kitchen appliances.

As per the deal, the brand is set to serve as the team’s premier partner. For the following two years, Goldline’s logo will be featured on the women’s team’s helmets, caps and trousers.

Goldline models, which are expertly made, created, and manufactured by the brand’s workers, guarantee a luxurious cooking experience for domestic families. Goldline, which has been creating and manufacturing solutions for Australian households since 1985, has received its first large sponsorship.

General Manager, Melbourne Renegades, James Rosengarten, said, “It’s super exciting to have Goldline on board with the Renegades, we’re really pleased they’ve chosen us for their first sports partnership. When we met with Goldline, we really hit it off because our values align so closely. We both do things in an innovative way, we both really care, particularly about family, which is what stood out to us.

“Our sport is so family-oriented and we want to get more kids involved in sport and cricket to be more active, so to hear about Goldline’s passion for family and what it means to them really struck a chord. It’s a really natural fit for us.”

Renegades all-rounder, Ella Hayward, said, “It’s great to have Goldline on board and it’s really encouraging for us as a group to have their support. It’s big for the women’s program to have that engagement and they have the family values we love at the Renegades.”

Owner and Founder, Goldline, Wayne A’Vard, said, “Our company philosophy is ‘a better way’ and I’m really confident we’re going to have a great relationship. We’re entering a phase where we want to do something a bit different and find a better way of doing things. It gets us involved even more in the community and I think the fledgling relationship is going to be a very strong one and a solid one.”

Aileen A’Vard, Owner and Founder, Goldline, commented, “I thought sport was one of the best ways to connect with the community, and to see our name on the collar and helmet is very exciting. We’re very happy to be associated with a sporting brand like the Renegades.”

More than 30 years ago, Wayne and Aileen A’Vard recognised a need in the market for a functional cooktop with the design and power necessary to prepare a tasty stir-fry. The company pioneered the first three-burner hob with two work burners and ever since then, they haven’t looked back again.

Goldline, General Manager, Adam Newstead, said, “It’s quite a big deal for us. When we looked at aligning with a sporting brand we thought it was a good idea to look at Australia’s biggest sport for Australian families and thought it was a perfect match with our company values. We always strive to do better at Goldline and to see our name on a well-known sporting team is a proud moment for everyone. I cannot speak highly enough of how excited we are.”
