India tour of South Africa 2023–24 2nd ODI: Match preview, head-to-head and streaming details

Both sides have played each other in 92 ODIs, with India winning 39 and South Africa winning 50.

In the second ODI of the three-match bilateral series, India will take on South Africa at St George’s Park in Gqeberha tomorrow, December 19, at 4:30 PM IST.

After a dominating performance in the first match, the India side will once again aim to reflect the same results and clinch the series tomorrow itself. The confident Indian team will also try to test their batters, like Ruturaj Gaikwad, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Sanju SamsonAxar Patel, who couldn’t play or have a major part in the first ODI. With the ball, though, the team has certainly showcased top-class efforts, as they bowled out SA in just 27 overs. Arshdeep SinghKuldeep Yadav, Avesh Khan, and co. will gear up to ask the Proteas a few more questions.

On the other side, SA will try to move past their defeat in Johannesburg and find a suitable combination in this match. Few good moments in the match and the home side can certainly turn things around and get back on track. The Aiden Markram-led side has a competitive side, and it’s only a matter of time before clicking on match day. Reeza Hendricks, Tony de Zorzi, and David Miller have some answers to provide, and for sure they will be up for it.
