The schedule for the highly anticipated ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 has been announced in Mumbai exactly 100 days before the commencement of the competition.
The enthralling 50-over competition will be played between October 5 – November 19. The first game of the competition will be played between England and New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Men in Blue will kick off their World Cup campaign against Australia on Sunday, October 8 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The Narendra Modi Stadium will host the most awaited game of the competition, India vs Pakistan, on Sunday, October 15.
The knockout stage of the competition will consist of three fixtures, two semi-finals and a final. Semi Final 1 and 2 will be played in Mumbai and Kolkata, respectively while the final will be conducted in Ahmedabad.
