VIDA, fueled by Hero, the newly formed mobility brand of Hero MotoCorp, the world’s biggest producer of motorcycles and scooters, has teamed up with Indian distance running pioneers Procam International as the electric two-wheeler partner for the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) World 10K Bengaluru.
The race is planned to take place on April 28, 2024. By working together, the two firms are taking a step closer to encouraging people to adopt clean transport options and fostering sustainable mobility. Through a variety of touchpoints and activations, VIDA will develop an immersive journey for the participants as part of the collaboration. Throughout the event, participants will have the opportunity to connect with VIDA from the pre-race to the post-run festivities.
The VIDA V1 is the official electric scooter of the World’s Premier 10K, and it will be used for all official purposes throughout the event.
VIDA, which debuted in 2022, symbolises Hero MotoCorp’s mission to “Be the Future of Mobility”, with an emphasis on building a meaningful environment for future generations. Hero MotoCorp is one of the biggest promoters of multiple sports and this is VIDA’s first entry into the realm of distance running.

VIDA is present in over 100 locations throughout India and will begin operations in Europe in FY 25. Its first models are the VIDA V1 Pro and VIDA V1 Plus electric scooters.

TCS World 10K Bengaluru has transformed the country’s social, health, and fitness paradigms throughout the years. In addition, the event has included several sustainability projects, including a 100% waste-managed race, the Madiwala Lake Urban Forest, and the Cubbon Park Rejuvenation Project, among others.
The TCS World 10K Bengaluru is a World Athletics Gold Label Race, and this year’s edition will include a record number of over 30,000 participants from around the world.
