The official streaming platform of the Asia Cup 2023, Disney+ Hotstar has recorded a massive concurrent viewership of 2.8 crore during the India vs Pakistan Asia Cup Super Fours game.

The BCCI secretary, Jay Shah also stated this news through his official Twitter platform.

Despite the high-voltage game being shifted to the reserve day on Monday, the buzz and the intensity of the fans were the same for this marquee clash.

The 2018 Asia Cup winners have registered a mammoth 228 runs victory against Pakistan in Colombo, all courtesy of sensational tons from Virat Kohli (122)* and KL Rahul (111)*, and a splendid five-fer from Kuldeep Yadav. The Indian Team scored a humongous total of 356 runs in their 50 overs. In response, the two-time Asian champions were bundled out for just 128 in 32 overs. 

Kohli scored his 47th ODI century and also became the fastest to score 13,000 runs in One Day Internationals. Rahul also made a sensational comeback after a long-time injury and scored his sixth ODI century.

The speculation is still there about these two teams facing off against each other in the final of Asia Cup, coming this Sunday.
