The basketball-based competition is organized by Elite Sports India (ESI), which is likely to take place in January 2023.

The American company, Bradshaw Capital, which is helmed by the former Montblanc USA CEO Bill Brown, has obtained rights to Jaipur Giants of the Elite Pro Basketball League.

The basketball-based competition is organized by Elite Sports India (ESI), which is likely to take place in January 2023. The Elite Pro Basketball League will feature 12 teams, the jerseys and logos of all the sides were unveiled through the competition’s social media platforms earlier this year in April.

The 12 franchises are Kochi Pachers, Delhi Dominators, Lucknow Swarm, Hyderabad Hoops, Mumbai Stars, Chandigarh Conquerors, Pune Pythons, Bengaluru Stallions, Ahmedabad Aces, Chennai Turbos, Punjab Gladiators, and Jaipur Giants.

Elite Pro Basketball also organised India’s biggest tryouts on May 12 and 13 in Hyderabad at the Sri Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Stadium.

The former Indian national team player and current Indian Railways player, Prakash Mishra has been signed by Jaipur Giants as their marquee player. The franchise also got onboard Samuel Gali and Rajat Shrivastava.

Brown is well aware of the positive impact sports can have on young aspiring athletes in the long run as he has a vast experience as a varsity athlete at Cornell Univerisity along with his ongoing sports ventures.

While speaking about the talent he witnessed in India during AIU National Championship Basketball Tournament in Mumbai in 2016, Brown said, “The Elite Pro Basketball League is a natural destination for India’s best university players.  And hopefully the very best will come to the Jaipur!”

On teaming up with Bradshaw Capital, CEO of Elite Pro Basketball Pvt, Ltd. Sunny Bhandarkar said, “We are pleased to welcome Bradshaw Capital to Elite Pro Basketball and having someone of Brown’s stature as a team owner, assures us that the League is on the road to great success, and we are committed to growing basketball in India.”
