Avon Cycles renews with Punjab Kings ahead of IPL 2024

Avon Cycles and Punjab Kings initially inked an association ahead of the 2020 season.

One of India’s leading cycle manufacturers, Avon Cycles announced a partnership renewal with the Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Punjab Kings (PBKS).

Both parties initially inked an association ahead of the 2020 season and will continue their pact venturing into the highly anticipated 2024 edition.

With the purpose of providing the common man with an affordable mode of mobility, Avon Cycles was established post-independence by the Pahwa Brothers. Since its inception, the bicycle manufacturing entity has also promoted health and fitness to the utmost level.

Punjab Kings, owned by Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, Preity G Zinta, and Karan Paul, had a forgettable season in 2023 as the side finished eighth on the points table with 12 points. In the hunt to secure its maiden IPL trophy, the Shikhar Dhawan-led franchise is likely to come up with new tactics to achieve the feat that hasn’t been achieved by the team, so far, in this competition.
