Udinese Calcio extend sponsorship ties with Prestipay

As co-sponsor, in all of Udinese's Serie A matches, Prestipay will have its logo visible on the first squad jersey.

The Serie A outfit, Udinese Calcio have announced a renewed sponsorship agreement with Prestipay, a consumer credit business based in Udine and a member of the Gruppo Cassa Centrale – Credito Cooperativo Italiano.

As co-sponsor, in all of Udinese’s Serie A matches, Prestipay will have its logo visible on the first squad jersey.

The Cooperative Credit Banks and Rural Banks of the Cassa Centrale Banca Credito Cooperativo Italiano Banking Group established Prestipay to serve the financial needs of individual and family customers. The company offers regular assistance and cutting-edge services with the assurance of being backed by one of Italy’s top banking groups in terms of assets and capital stability.

In just over two years since it began operating, Prestipay has become a benchmark in the consumer credit market area by creating creative and easily accessible financing alternatives. These were developed in accordance with the values of openness and sustainability, encouraging a responsible and careful attitude to credit for family clients.

The expansion of this partnership between these two significant Friulian organisations has solidified a journey built on sharing of values and goals that go beyond a purely business relationship. Udinese and Prestipay have been able to strengthen their respective brands at the national level courtesy of their shared vision. The cornerstones of both organisations are teamwork and a focus on creative concepts and techniques capable of effectively responding to emerging trends.

Franco Soldati, President of Udinese Calcio, said, “We’re really proud to further our collaboration with Prestipay. Like Udinese, they are dedicated to our local region. That’s why consolidating the partnership with another Udine-based company in Prestipay, who have absolute excellence in the field of credit and consumption, is important for us.

We’re also united by corporate values such as management sustainability and the desire to continue to innovate and excel in our fields. This is why we’ll be welcoming back Prestipay for the 2023/24 season.”

Paolo Massarutto, General Director of Prestipay, said, “We’re renewing our partnership with Udinese Calcio for the 2023/24 because our goals mutually benefit one another. We share principles such as the devotion to our region and local communities, the inclination towards innovation and new technologies and a growing focus on environmental and social sustainability.

We’re satisfied with the progress made so far with Udinese and the signing of this agreement is another reason to be happy right now after we recently presented the results of our 2022 financial statements. These saw our company achieve a net profit of €4 million and grow by over 40% last year in all main areas.”
