The streaming platform of the Indian media broadcasting baron, Viacom18, JioCinema has signed a pact with Policybazaar for the ongoing India vs England Test series.
In this deal, the global financial technology company has been appointed as an associate sponsor for the ongoing series.
The deal was announced on Viacom18’s official social media handle, with a caption, “Welcoming our Associate Partner Policybazaar.com on JioCinema’s coverage of the India vs England Test series.”
Policybazaar was founded in 2008 to bring transparency to the insurance sector. The company’s founders wanted to change the way people thought about insurance, so they started by updating all plan-related documentation, putting an end to widespread misselling, and preventing policy lapses.
The host team leads the series 2-1 after completing three Test matches. Following their victory in the opening game of the series, England’s Bazzball format has seen a significant decline. Conversely, India has notably demonstrated a stronger deal with a predominantly youthful side.
With two Test matches to go, it will be interesting to see how the series shapes up for both teams.
