Manchester United FC, the Premier League (PL) giant, have announced a new era with Qualcomm Technologies‘ Snapdragon as the principal shirt sponsor.
The unveiling coincided with the launch of the club’s striking red-on-red gradient home kit for the 2024/25 season.
This strategic collaboration goes beyond jersey branding. Snapdragon processors will fuel innovative experiences for fans worldwide, deepening their engagement with the club.

The launch video, featuring MUFC legend Eric Cantona, embodied the spirit of the collaboration. It celebrated the club’s heritage while hinting at the innovative experiences Snapdragon will bring to fans.
Fans will see the Snapdragon logo not only on the newly revealed home kit but also on the away and third kits to be released later in July.
Furthermore, the partnership extends beyond visuals. Fans can scan the Snapdragon logo on their jerseys to unlock an augmented reality (AR) experience. This immersive experience virtually transports fans to Old Trafford and grants access to exclusive club content throughout the season.
Snapdragon is a line of powerful processors designed by Qualcomm Technologies specifically for mobile devices. These processors go beyond a central processing unit (CPU) by including additional components like a graphics processing unit (GPU), modem, and Wi-Fi chip, forming a system-on-a-chip (SoC). Found in smartphones, tablets, and even laptops, Snapdragon processors power premium experiences across billions of devices globally.
The 2024-25 season kicks off at Old Trafford on August 17 at 12:30 AM IST, with the Red Devil hosting Fulham FC.
