The Premier League (PL) team, Manchester City FC (MCFC) have developed a global partnership with JinkoSolar, a globally renowned and highly innovative solar technology company.
As part of the deal, the brand has become the club’s official solar energy partner. Dedicated to transforming the energy landscape and assuming accountability for facilitating a sustainable future, JinkoSolar has successfully held the top spot in module exports globally for the past five years.
As of the first quarter of 2024, Jinko Solar has shipped over 230 GW of modules throughout the world, accounting for one out of every eight solar panels deployed.
JinkoSolar will connect and interact with Manchester City supporters across the world to promote the use of solar energy through its creative and award-winning solar solutions, as well as educate fans on how they can contribute to a more sustainable future.
Jinko will also boost the club’s efforts to transform its training facility, the City Football Academy, into one of the world’s largest generators of renewable energy. The initiative, which was first announced this year, is crucial to Manchester City’s effort to achieve carbon net-zero status by 2030.
