Atlético de Madrid have strengthened their high-performance ecosystem with a new two-year agreement appointing Zumub as the club’s official sports supplement nutrition partner.

The partnership covers the men’s first team and deepens the club’s investment in performance science, athlete recovery, and nutritional optimisation.

Zumub, one of Europe’s fastest-growing sports nutrition brands with a catalogue exceeding ten thousand products, will supply personalised supplementation programmes across all stages of elite training and competition. The collaboration forms part of Atlético’s broader effort to equip its players with world-class performance resources throughout a demanding domestic and European schedule.

Urbano Da Veiga, CEO of Zumub, said, “We are proud to partner with Atlético de Madrid, a club that shares our passion for performance and excellence. By providing Atlético de Madrid’s athletes with Zumub’s advanced sports nutrition products, we are helping to optimise their preparation and recovery. This partnership reflects the trust that elite teams place in Zumub, and strengthens our commitment to supporting athletes at the highest level.”

Óscar Mayo, our Chief Revenue and Operations Officer, added, “This collaboration with Zumub is another step forward in the club’s constant pursuit of excellence, ensuring that our players have all the tools they need to continue fighting to achieve our objectives this season and in those to come.”

The deal places Atlético alongside an expanding portfolio of top-tier Zumub partners, including AS Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain Handball, and FC Bayern Munich Basketball. The company’s growing footprint reflects a broader industry trend where sports nutrition brands position themselves inside high-performance environments to boost credibility and global visibility.

The agreement comes during a period of rapid commercial expansion for Atlético de Madrid. The club has secured multiple high profile sponsors across gaming, lifestyle, and technology, with partners such as EA SPORTS, Moneta Markets, AlphaTauri, Nike, Red Bull, and LG Electronics. The club’s commercial structure has also evolved following Apollo Sports Capital becoming its majority owner.

On the pitch, Atlético continues a strong LALIGA campaign, currently sitting fourth with seven wins, one loss, and four draws. Forward Julián Alvarez has been central to the team’s rhythm, contributing seven goals and two assists. With upcoming fixtures against Getafe, Oviedo, and FC Barcelona, as well as a key UEFA Champions League meeting with Inter Milan, the club will rely heavily on Alvarez’s form as it enters a defining phase of the season.
