Zoox, the autonomous mobility company owned by Amazon, has announced a new partnership with T-Mobile Arena to introduce dedicated autonomous ride-hailing access for fans attending major sports and entertainment events in Las Vegas.
Under the agreement, Zoox has become an official venue partner of T-Mobile Arena, with the venue serving as a designated pickup and drop-off location for Zoox’s fully autonomous, purpose-built electric robotaxis. The integration places autonomous transport directly into the arena’s event-day operations, supporting concerts, UFC events, and National Hockey League fixtures involving Vegas Golden Knights.
The partnership includes dedicated curbside infrastructure, a Zoox-only pickup and drop-off lane at the arena’s West VIP entrance, and venue-wide wayfinding signage designed to simplify access for riders. The initiative is aimed at improving traffic flow around the arena, easing congestion during peak arrival and departure windows, and delivering a more seamless fan experience on high-attendance event nights.
Sally Bae, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for AEG in Las Vegas, said, “This represents a transformative moment for both T-Mobile Arena and the future of transportation in Las Vegas. By integrating Zoox’s innovative autonomous vehicle technology into our venue operations, we’re not only enhancing accessibility for the millions of fans who visit us each year but also reinforcing our commitment to bringing cutting-edge experiences to our guests. This collaboration sets a new benchmark for how premier entertainment venues can embrace the future of mobility.”
Michael White, Chief Product Officer, Zoox, added, “T-Mobile Arena has long been at the heart of Las Vegas’ incredible sports and entertainment scene, and we’re thrilled to offer a new transportation option for guests of this premier venue. Zoox is redefining how people move through Las Vegas – in a purpose-built robotaxi that extends the curated experience beyond the arena, keeping the energy alive so you can savour the moment with friends. As we continue our Las Vegas service expansion, adding premier destinations like T-Mobile Arena demonstrates our commitment to connecting riders to the experiences that matter most.”
T-Mobile Arena is part of Zoox’s planned service expansion in Las Vegas, with autonomous rides to and from the venue expected to be available to the public in early 2026. In addition to transportation access, the partnership includes on-site brand integration, such as Zoox’s presence on the main concourse bar, digital signage throughout the arena, and inclusion in pre-event visitor communications related to transportation planning.
Las Vegas continues to position itself as a leading market for autonomous vehicle deployment, driven by high visitor volumes, defined travel corridors, and a regulatory environment supportive of innovation. For Zoox, aligning with a high-traffic, event-led venue provides a repeatable, real-world use case as it moves closer to broader commercial rollout.
For the live entertainment sector, the partnership underlines a growing trend of venues acting as launch platforms for emerging mobility technologies, where scale, predictability, and premium audiences help accelerate adoption and build consumer trust.
