S8UL has expanded its commercial portfolio ahead of the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026 after naming YouTube as its official partner, marking one of the organisation’s most significant creator-focused collaborations as it prepares for its largest international campaign to date.
The partnership is designed to elevate fan engagement throughout the tournament by combining digital storytelling, creator-led content and community activations, further strengthening S8UL’s position as one of India’s leading esports and gaming organisations.
As part of the collaboration, S8UL and YouTube will launch a nationwide campaign spanning more than 15 Indian cities. The initiative will feature YouTube UGC Stations, where fans can participate in content challenges and create videos with the opportunity to be showcased on S8UL’s YouTube channels. The campaign will also include creator collaborations, exclusive behind-the-scenes content and interactive fan experiences designed to bring audiences closer to the team’s Esports World Cup journey.
A key highlight of the partnership is the return of S8UL’s Gaming House Watch Parties at its gaming facility in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Building on the success of the initiative during the 2025 Esports World Cup, the watch parties will once again offer fans the opportunity to watch live tournament action alongside S8UL creators through screenings, interactive sessions and community events.
The collaboration will also produce a documentary-style vlog series on YouTube following more than 50 esports athletes and over 20 creators throughout the tournament. The long-form content will provide an inside look at team preparations, competition, creator interactions and behind-the-scenes moments from the Esports World Cup.
Commenting on the partnership, Animesh Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of S8UL, said, “Some partnerships are built around visibility. This one is built on shared history. Every milestone in S8UL’s journey has been made possible by the community that has supported us over the years, and YouTube has always been where that relationship came to life.
“This partnership for our Esports World Cup campaign is about creating an experience that goes beyond competition. Ultimately, we want to celebrate the people who have been part of our journey while creating opportunities for many more to be part of it, whether they’re watching from the Gaming House, creating content in their own cities, or following every moment from Paris.”
Niharika Pande, Head of Creator Partnerships – India, YouTube, added, “YouTube is a natural home for gaming fandoms, where communities come together to connect with their favourite creators and players. S8UL has been an integral part of shaping the Indian gaming ecosystem, building a deep and engaged community on YouTube.
“We are happy to support their Esports World Cup 2026 campaign, representing a great opportunity for fans across India to share in the excitement and stay close to the tournament and the creators they love every step of the way.”
The announcement further strengthens S8UL’s growing commercial ecosystem for the Esports World Cup, following the addition of Campa Energy as title sponsor and AMD as a strategic partner for its competitive and content initiatives.
S8UL has also been selected for the Esports World Cup Foundation‘s Club Partner Program for the second consecutive year and will compete across multiple titles at this year’s tournament. The organisation has already secured qualification in Apex Legends, Chess, Fortnite, Free Fire MAX, Honour of Kings and Trackmania, while qualification campaigns remain ongoing in EA SPORTS FC, Fatal Fury, Street Fighter 6 and Tekken 8.
The Esports World Cup 2026 will take place from July 6 to August 23 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, featuring a record prize pool of USD 75 million and bringing together more than 2,000 players representing over 200 clubs from more than 100 countries.
