Würth MODYF land sponsorship deal with European Athletics

Würth MODYF has been named the top-tier official partner of European Athletics for the 2023-24 edition.

The workwear and equipment brand, Würth MODYF has announced a sponsorship deal with European Athletics.

Following this deal, the brand has been named the top-tier official partner of European Athletics for the 2023-24 edition.

During the European Athletics Championships in Munich, Germany which was held last year, Würth MODYF acted as the event’s official partner. However, this new agreement will now give the organisation sponsoring rights in the workwear sector.

The deal includes the European Athletics Team Championships in Silesia, Poland which will be held from June 20 to June 25, European Cross Country Championships in Brussels on December 10, 2023 and next summer’s European Athletics Championships in Brussels.

Würth MODYF will profit from a broad spectrum of fundamental marketing privileges, such as global product category exclusivity, brand exposure on free-to-air broadcasts of events, track perimeter LED advertising, access on European Athletics communications channels, ticketing, and VIP hospitality.

Dobromir Karamarinov, President of European Athletics, said, “It was a very successful association last summer at our flagship event in Munich, with both parties benefiting greatly, and our renewed involvement with this prestigious multi-national company demonstrates once again the value of our brand and our events.”
