Harvest Gold, Delhi NCR’s leading bread brand and a key subsidiary of global baking leader Grupo Bimbo, has announced its official partnership with Delhi Capitals Women’s team for the 2026 Women’s Premier League (WPL) season.

As the team’s official breakfast partner, Harvest Gold aims to integrate the excitement of professional cricket with the daily ritual of a wholesome, nutritious start to the day.

Commenting on the partnership, Sunil Gupta, CEO, Delhi Capitals, said, “We are delighted to welcome Harvest Gold as our Official Breakfast Partner for the 2026 season. With a presence deeply embedded in households across Delhi NCR, much like the Delhi Capitals, this partnership will help create everyday moments that bring fans closer to the team through engaging initiatives and consumer-led activations. We look forward to a unique and exciting journey with them as our Official Breakfast Partner.”

Raj Kanwar Singh, managing director, Bimbo Bakeries India, added, “Delhi NCR’s No. 1 bread brand, Harvest Gold, has been nourishing households for many decades with a range of fibre-rich, wholesome breakfast breads and buns designed to fuel an active and healthy lifestyle. The rise of women’s sports, especially women’s cricket in India, reflects the modern Indian woman’s commitment to health and fitness. We are proud to be associated with the Delhi Capitals Women’s team and promote healthy and tasty nourishment & fitness that supports women both on and off the field.”

The collaboration will see a significant consumer-facing rollout, with Delhi Capitals branding appearing on Harvest Gold’s “Hero SKUs.” These include the brand’s popular Atta bread, burger buns, pavs, and sweet baked goods, reaching over 30 lakh households across the Delhi NCR region daily.

The partnership coincides with a historic season for the Capitals as the team enters the WPL 2026 campaign under the new captaincy of Indian batting star Jemimah Rodrigues. Having reached the finals in three consecutive seasons, the team is looking to Harvest Gold to help fuel their pursuit of a maiden title.

While the team’s start to the ongoing campaign has been slightly rocky, securing one win out of three games, a victory in their last outing has shifted the momentum. The Capitals will look to build on this energy as they take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru tonight at 7:30 PM.
