The World Pickleball League (WPBL) has inked a partnership with the Swedish car manufacturer, Volvo Car India.
As part of the deal, the brand has been named the league’s official luxury mobility partner. This deal is one of a kind, as it is a captivating partnership between a top brand with a significant history, i.e. Volvo Car India, and the WPBL.
The WPBL, conceptualised and created by Gaurav Natekar and Arati Ponnappa Natekar, strives to be a top sporting event and entertainment property that brings in audiences from all across the nation. The competition will run from January 24 to February 2 at the historic Cricket Club of India (CCI) in Mumbai, including top-tier players from throughout the world.

Chennai Super Champs are owned by Samantha Ruth Prabhu; Bengaluru Jawans are co-owned by filmmaker Atlee and his wife Priya Atlee; Pune United are co-owned by Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, as well as corporate executives; and Team Mumbai is owned by Swiggy. This combination of celebrity and business sponsorship enhances the league’s excitement and broad appeal.
